2. No Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds for any products once an order has been placed and payment has been completed.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Although all sales are final, the following limited exceptions may apply:

a. Technical or Payment Errors

If a genuine technical error results in an incorrect or duplicate payment, please contact our support team immediately. Each case will be reviewed individually, and a resolution may be provided at our sole discretion.

b. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or missing, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund, provided that:

  • A complete and uncut unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened is submitted as proof.
  • The issue is reported within a reasonable time after delivery.

All such cases will be carefully reviewed, and the final decision regarding replacement or refund will remain at the discretion of Nightline.
